Men's Nike Shoes

Just Do It. Millions and millions have followed that Nike shoe brand suggestion.

When you strapped on your first pair of Nike shoes and took on training, sports and regular day ventures you were definitely not alone. Around five million Nike shoes are sold each year to people all around the world. When you wear Nikes, you are a part of a community who understand fitness and feet must work together.

This sport shoe story had its start in 1964 at the University of Oregon when Nike shoe founders Bill Bowerman and Phil Knight shook hands. They formalized the deal in 1967. By 1971 the Nike, named for the Greek goddess of victory, was born. Graphic designer, Carolyn Davidson, created the Nike shoes’ Swoosh trademark symbol and received $35 for her art.

Whether Davidson is wearing Nike shoes like the billions of others in the world is unknown. What is known is the Nike shoe popularity. In 1984, basketball megastar Michael Jordan signed an endorsement contract with many other athletic stars having followed in his size 13 footsteps.

Nike shoes come in a great many different styles and needs. You can buy them for running, walking, baseball, soccer, basketball, football and seemingly endless other options. With athletes in mind, you can’t turn on your TV without spotting the Nike shoe brand across sport fields and courts. You know the Nike shoes are not only a brand that athletes stand behind but a comfortable shoe you can wear.
