Director of Sales Operations sought by ShoeZoo.com, LLC  in Carson, California to plan, direct and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals; analyze sales statistics to monitor performance, detect potential areas of improvement, identify market opportunities; design and develop solutions in order to streamline processes, cut costs, and accurately carry out procedures; operate according to sales forecast, monitor trends and analyze statistical data based on industry and product category; assess customer behavior and analyze the online international marketing for footwear retail, and evaluate the effectiveness of landing page optimization (LPO), pay-per-click (PPC) management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), product listing ads and retargeting to develop and execute e-Commerce strategy to support the company's strategic and financial targets; review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability; lead the overall E-Commerce business, including development of short and long-term sales plans, day-to-day operations management delivering top line sales, operating metrics, key performance indices, marketing budget and maintaining bottom line targets; research and source domestic and international business; analyze sales statistics gathered by staff to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers; develop and manage business revenue and annual budget for e-Commerce business opportunities; lead sales teams, including assigning goals and expectations, assigning projects, arranging and providing training, monitoring day-to-day operations and overall performance; plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs.

Requires Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Marketing, Consumer Science or related field and one (1) year of experience assess customer behavior and analyze the online international marketing for footwear retail, and evaluate the effectiveness of landing page optimization (LPO), pay-per-click (PPC) management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), product listing ads and retargeting.
