Estimated Delivery Date


Once we receive your payment, we will process and ship your order; typically within 1-3 business days. Normal delivery time for Priority International Mail packages is 7-14 business days, depending on the final destination.


shoezoo.com cannot guarantee any delivery time frames due to potential delays with customs dept. and other unexpected situations that we cannot control or be held accountable for. The Postal Services make no delivery guarantees.


Sometimes if you do not receive your package within the latest timeline, please check with your local post office. You may have fees due or the shipping address is invalid and the postal service may be holding your package. Please contact your local postal service and provide them with the tracking number to resolve the matter.



International Taxes and Duty Fees


We are sorry but we cannot declare the value of the product less than what it is listed on shoezoo.com. All packages are acknowledged as “Merchandise” on the customs form.


The customer accepts the responsibility for any International taxes, duties or other fees which may be charged upon delivery. Other additional fees which may apply could be for:

  • Refusal of package upon delivery for any reason
  • Abandonment of package at the postal office due to unpaid duty fees and taxes
  • Invalid address provided by the customer
  • Failed attempt to deliver by the postal carrier
  • Decline to pay duty fees and taxes upon pick-up or delivery
  • Customs rejection due to restriction and rules from the country

 


IMPORTANT: The additional charges that you are required to pay are for the country's international taxes or duty fee that may be apply when the packages enter into the country. (It is not additional shipping cost and it is entirely separate service.) Every country has different rules and regulation on merchandise bought outside and the limited amount allowance and fees will vary. Please check with your country’s customs declaration law for more information.



In addition, we are unable to accommodate "special" request for specific instructions on how to pack or ship the order.



Form of Payment


We will accept PayPal and credit card as form of payment for all International orders. To establish a PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com.


All product cost are in United States Dollars (USD); however, on your PayPal account will show your local currency and the currency conversion rates are based on the day you made payment. Please pay promptly thru your PayPal account to ensure the availability of the size and styles and to avoid any delays.


We will allow the maximum of 4 qty per order/shipment. If you are seeking more than 4 qty, please place multiple separate orders.



Returns


ALL SALES ARE FINAL for all international orders. We will not accept returns for any international orders. Also we are unable to offer exchanges. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


Please ensure that you are ordering the correct size, style and color and your shipping address is accurate before making the final payment. We are sorry but we cannot change the shoe size or any part of the order once the order has been received.
