  1. shoezoo.com's 'Shipping is Always Free!' offer applies to ground shipping for all US customers in the contiguous 48 states. (Sorry residents of Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for free shipping. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii will be required to pay $14.95 for shipping.) See map below for estimated delivery times. Please be advised that all delivery times are estimates. Incorrect or incomplete address information can lead to delivery delays and additional charges. Orders shipping to home addresses are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. Orders shipping to business addresses are delivered Monday through Friday.

    shoezoo.com cannot ship to Post Office boxes. Please be sure and provide a physical address to ensure delivery.

    shoezoo.com does not ship to Freight Forwarding companies.



  2. shoezoo.com purchases discount shoes on closeout. So while this normally means that we don’t get every size, we can pass the savings we receive on our shoes directly to our customers. So if we have your size you can be guaranteed that you will receive one of the best prices on the internet!

  3. All of our shoes are always new name brand shoes in their original condition.

  4. shoezoo.com is happy to accept any return as long as the item is returned within 30 days and is still in new, unworn condition with the original packing material. Please do not send the return back to us in the original shoe box as the outer shipping box or your return will not be accepted. We recommend that when you receive your shipment you first try on the shoes indoors to ensure you have ordered the correct size and the shoes feel comfortable. Unfortunately we are unable to accept the return of shoes that have visible wear and tear or been worn outdoors. Also because shoezoo.com is a closeout website offering deeply discounted prices, we cannot be held responsible for shoes that become defective after use. Since shoezoo.com is a closeout website with ever changing inventory, we recommend first placing a new order to ensure the shoes you want are still in stock and then returning your original order for credit.

    To make returning an order easy, shoezoo.com includes a pre-paid shipping label with your original shipment. To return or exchange an item, simply follow the step-by-step instructions on the Packing Slip included in your original shipment. Then tender the package to FedEx through a regularly scheduled pickup, on-call pickup, or drop-off at any FedEx or Kinko’s authorized drop-off locations. No postage is required when returning a shipment to shoezoo.com, however if the product is returned for credit a $8.95 restocking fee will be deducted from your credit. If your return shipment does not conform to the return policy listed here and your return is rejected, there may be additional charges to have the shipment sent back to you.

    Please note, any shipping charges are non-refundable.

  5. shoezoo.com is a California based company and by California law we are required to collect sales tax from California residents. While most states have differing laws on the manner in which e-commerce sales are collected in their state, shoezoo.com is only required to collect sales tax from California residents. Please check online for applicable laws in your state of residence.

  6. shoezoo.com is happy to offer FedEx 2nd Day and FedEx Overnight expedited services. Listed below are the cutoff times each day for the order to ship the same day. Any expedited orders placed after 3 PM EST (noon PST) on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Please note that your order must also be confirmed, meaning that if there is any issue with your credit card it must be resolved by the time listed below:

    • FedEx 2nd Day - 3PM EST (noon PST) Monday through Friday. FedEx 2nd Day Service costs $24.95 for shipments to the contiguous 48 states, $32.95 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii
    • FedEx Overnight - 3PM EST (noon PST) Monday through Friday. FedEx Overnight Service costs $36.95 for shipments to the contiguous 48 states, $48.95 for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii

    Sorry expedited shipping service is not available for APO/FPO shipments.

    Please be advised that shoezoo.com cannot be responsible for any "acts of God" or inclement weather that cause FedEx an unexpected delay in delivery. Also please allow extra transit day(s) for delivery outside of major cities.

  7. shoezoo.com supports our Military! We are able to ship to APO and FPO addresses using the United States Parcel Services, an additional $14.95 fee does apply.

  8. shoezoo.com is pleased to announce that we have partnered with a third-party global e-Commerce provider, International Checkout, to assist with the processing and fulfillment of our international orders. When you choose 'International Checkout' in the shopping cart you will be redirected to International Checkout's website and complete your order in their shopping cart. Interntional Checkout will then process your payment and assist with the fulfillment of your order.
